Giving Chocolate Wedding Favors at Your Wedding Reception

If you want to give chocolate favors to your guests, here are some ideas. As chocolate is likely to melt in the warm summer sun, for an outdoor wedding, consider custom personalized M&M candies in a ribbon-tied sachet, as these will not melt as easily. Another outdoor choice would be fudge. If you offer small pieces cut into custom shapes (read above) and put these in a simple pastel box for each guest, your guests will have a delectable treat on their ride home!

And now there are so many ways to personalize your chocolate wedding favors !

A Chocolate Table at Your Wedding Reception

For a chocoholic's wedding dream come true, consider having a Chocolate Table at your wedding reception to provide your guests with nibbles of exquisite chocolates. You can have chocolate truffles filled with nougat and caramels; dark, white and milk varieties; nutty selections; cocoa dusted meltables. Why not have a variety of fudge cut with small cookie cutters into shapes that are meaningful for weddings (e.g. bells, hearts, doves, etc) or for the bride and groom? If you are aware of guests that are allergic to chocolate, you may offer some carob treats too!

As for arranging the Chocolate Table with all these chocoate morsels, here are ideas. Arrange the bonbons in a pretty pattern on one or more tiered dessert trays or cupcake trees. Another idea is to have handmade chocolate lollipops arranged in a garden of faux grass or bouquets of chocolate lollipops on a tiered plant stand.

Having a "Chocolate Fountain" with various dippers - lady fingers, pretzels, etc. - is another option for your Chocolate Table. A chocolate fountain can be the centerpiece of the table, with other delectable chocolate tidbits placed invitingly on either side.
