The New Romance Reads

To sit down by a fireplace or in a garden and curl up with a romance novel is pretty sweet. Reading historical romance set in old European towns or in New Orleans, with vivid descriptions of period dress and food and language is so rewarding.

The steamy scenes are nuanced and purposeful; the hero and heroine battle before they realize they are in love. And, eventhough the heroine does not always get to keep the noble hero, when their souls are meant to be together for eternity, we are consoled and ready to read the next book.
